HOW TO ORDER???

• You can choose from the various designs available at products page.
• If you are looking for custom design instruments, we will discuss with you about the design, style, colour and jawari, after that you can place the order and then we will make the instrument.
• If you have some specific requirements about design and instrument, if you want to place your logo, name or signature on Sitar or Tanpura, we will show you the drawing of the same according to your requirements, or if you can provide the drawing, we will make the instrument from the same drawing.
• Our aim is to make your dream instrument according to your requirements, because your satisfaction is our top priority.
• To confirm / book your order, you need to pay the half (50% percent ) of the total amount upfront. Then only we will start working on your instrument / order.
• We will keep sending you the photos as the work progresses, so that you can keep updated about the status of your order.
• We will share the video of the instrument playing once it is complete, so that you can check the tonal quality of the same.
• After that you have to pay the remaining amount.
• Once final payment is done, we will carefully pack the instrument and ship it to your address and share the tracking details with you, so you can track the parcel.
